Initial consultation
Pre-surgical investigations (ultrasound, electroretinography, gonioscopy, blood & urine samples as appropriate)
Surgery, including intraocular lens insertion where possible
Additional costs in surgery, if required (including anterior vitrectomy, capsular tension rings, additional viscoelastic)
Hospitalisation post-operatively & for any complications in the following 12 months
Medication up until discharge
12-month Surgical Complication Guarantee (return to surgery, if required. Re-suture, tPA injection, aqueocentesis, enucleation) *
Re-examinations for 12 months (thereafter charged at the normal fee)

Ongoing medications following discharge are not included, but written prescriptions are available if preferred.
