Referrals Administrator x 2 - Bradley Stoke
Mondays - Wednesdays 9am - 6pm and Fridays 12pm - 6pm (There is some flexibility if more hours are preferred)
Mondays - Thursdays 9am - 6pm
Plus 2 bank holidays per year and possibly some weekend work in the future for both positions.
Answering telephone and monitoring emails
Receiving enquiries & details of cases from referring vet practices
Liaising with clinicians
Contacting clients to arrange appointments
Carrying out administration relating to cases
Dealing with insurance
Skills & Qualities:
Literate and numerate with excellent computer skills
Professional, caring telephone manner providing a welcoming & knowledgeable interface for referring vets and reassuring but authoritative communication with owners.
Organised and methodical with the ability to prioritise and be flexible in a dynamic environment
Independent, self-motivated, resilient, able to work as part of the Referrals team and to work alone once trained while fitting into the team.
