Referrals Administrator


Mondays - Wednesdays 9am - 6pm and Fridays 12pm - 6pm plus 2 bank holidays per year and some weekend work in the future.


  • Answering telephone and monitoring emails
  • Receiving enquiries & details of cases from referring vet practices 
  • Liaising with clinicians 
  • Contacting clients to arrange appointments 
  • Carrying out administration relating to cases 
  • Dealing with insurance 

Skills & Qualities

  • Literate and numerate with excellent computer skills
  • Professional, caring telephone manner providing a welcoming & knowledgeable interface for referring vets and reassuring but authoritative communication with owners.
  • Organised and methodical with the ability to prioritise and be flexible in a dynamic environment
  • Independent, self-motivated, resilient and able to work as part of the Referrals team
