Katie joined Rowe Referrals in April 2025 as a care assistant and is aspiring to become a Vet Nurse. She wants to provide sick animals with comfort and make them feel safe when receiving care.
Katie finds her role as a VCA very rewarding, as it allows her to see all sides to veterinary practice and see what a difference the care can make to patients' lives. Soft Tissue has been Katie's favorite area so far and she really enjoys watching and learning about the different cases and surgeries that take place.
When she's not at work, Katie and her partner love to take their dog Ash to discover new places as they love to hike and wild swim. They involve Ash in everything the do, as Katie is a true believer of it's her first time living, so why not!
