Dr Sarah Beardall

From a farming background, Sarah graduated from Cambridge University Veterinary School, and immediately went to Virginia, USA to complete an equine internship. On returning to the UK, she worked in general practices in Suffolk, Manchester and Hertfordshire, and was awarded a GP Certificate in Small Animal Surgery. Her particular interest in eyes led to the completion of a Postgraduate Certificate in Small Animal Ophthalmology, and she then earned RCVS Advanced Practitioner status in Veterinary Ophthalmology. Sarah worked at the world-renowned Animal Health Trust in Newmarket, until it closed in 2020, and now works at Rowe Referrals.

Outside work, Sarah enjoys spending time with her family and Border Collie, running, hiking, gardening, and playing the piano and church organ.
